Item purchases are final sale. If item is canceled, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. All special orders and backorders received, if you want to cancel TodaysStyle will issue you a credit voucher.  We will exchange or fix any item defective within ten business days of receipt, shipping times are stated on when purchasing item. Since our prices are so low, all items are final sale. will exchange or repair all defective items within 10 days of receipt. Do not accept any parcels with physical damage, TodaysStyle will not be responsible if you accept that Item. You must call 1 (866) 234-4499 to report any damage upon delivery within 24 hours of receipt. The parcel must be brought to your local Post Office and a damage form 3831 must be filled out by a US Postal Clerk. The form must be either emailed or faxed to within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel. Otherwise, You will lose coverage of the insurance on your parcel. TodaysStyle will be indemnified from any liability of your inactions.  All international orders that are held by customs or lost through transit will not be responsible for any loss and will file a claim on your behalf. Once the Item is adjudicated, we will either send out a new item or a check in the amount approved by the insurance. If the Item is not repairable or a last piece, a refund will be given upon return. Items must be in original packing. If Items not accepted you will receive a refund in a certificate towards another purchase. On lost or damaged parcels, will file a claim with the shipping company and once adjudicated the claim will be paid or a new Item will be sent. All checks must be cashed within 30 days of receipt otherwise it will expire and be worthless.

Further, in order to improve your shopping experience and to provide the latest styles to our clients our products might be featured on the site before distribution at the brick and mortar store. If family, friends as well as yourself have a relationship with the item which is manufactured or distributed to be purchased you must let us know before the item is purchased. A failure to do so will result in a 15% fee on refunding your payment. By submitting your order through website you agree that in the event of a legal dispute, parties agree not to sue each other and instead will resolve their disputes through mandatory arbitration held by American Arbitration Association. The party who requests arbitration must pay all fees.
